Every operator of a vending machine – regardless of whether you bought your machine from us or not!
As an official Nayax distributor , we handle the complete onboarding process, even for third-party devices.
Here's how:
- Fill out the Nayax onboarding form
- Enter your company details & vending machine information
- If you already own a terminal, enter the serial number.
2️⃣ Review & Approval
After you submit, we will review your information and forward it to Nayax. Release usually takes place within 1-2 working days .
3️⃣ Configure Nayax Terminal
After approval, you will receive your login details for the Nayax Cloud portal . There you can:
- Manage products & prices
- View live sales and transactions
- Access statistics & sales reports
Our technicians will gladly assist you with the initial setup of your terminal if needed.
4️⃣ Activate terminal & receive payments
After setup, you install the Nayax terminal in your vending machine – and can immediately receive contactless payments ! 🎉
Note: Depending on the vending machine model, an additional connection to a coin changer or MDB system may be necessary. We would be happy to advise you on the optimal solution.
